Here's a clip showing the United States Naval Academy's graduation ceremony for baccalaureate candidates from 1986.

Seated diploma recipients all looking down at opened diplomas. Candidates are in line to receive diplomas. One recipient jumps up and down after receiving diploma and shaking the hand of a man in uniform as he exits the stage.

Two more graduates receive diplomas and exit stage. Camera zooms in to follow the female graduate from clips 3 & 4 as she approaches the stage to accept her diploma & shake the hand of the man in uniform on stage. She has a brief conversation with the man while shaking hands. She waves to the audience as she exits the stage.

Pan to seated recipients in front of the stage. Pan to three empty seats among seated recipients. She walks back into frame, smiles while passing between two rows of seated graduates.

Graduates celebrate on the side of the stage, clapping and high-fiving.

Pan to recipients on stage. One raises diploma above his head and smiles at the audience. As he exits the stage he shakes hands with fellow recipients and walks towards the camera and then past the camera.

Re-focus on stage and celebrating recipient. He exits stage, high-fives fellow graduates, and hugs them as he walks towards the camera. He passes the camera. The camera turns to follow him. Fellow graduates continue to slap him on the back and hug him as he walks past them.

Pan 180 degrees back to the stage. Zoom in on another male graduate who has just stepped off the stage. Close-up on his face as he passes fellow graduates in line and hugs them and shakes their hands as he walks towards the camera.

Pan back to stage. Zoom in on more recent recipients on stage receiving diplomas and shaking hands with the men in uniform on stage.
