Interview with leader of biker gang, the "Comencheros," in 1960s Manhattan. Talks about how marijuana is safer than alcohol, LSD, heroin, smack, speed, other hard drugs. Talks about non-conformity. Bikers show off chains, and the many pins and patches they wear, including swastikas and other nazi paraphernalia. Biker gang walks outside, waves goodbye - or possibly gives Nazi salute - and walks away. One member does cartwheel. Narrator (Robert Mitchum) discusses how counter-culture is "putting us down".
