In this clip from 1976, several kids get into fist fights and act like bullies. Footage takes place in the Bronx, New York.
An hispanic kid walks through a rundown New York neighborhood. Along the way, he picks up a stick from a garbage pile. He then picks up a black kid who is sitting on a stoop and kicks him in the buttocks. He does the same thing to a second black kid, the first black kid's friend.
We then see the same two black kids beating up an hispanic kid in an alley. They push the hispanic kid against a brick wall and start punching him.
A man looks out from his apartment window with a little girl by his side.
A black boy holds an umbrella as he looks offscreen. The fabric part of the umbrella, which typically opens up, has been torn off.
A boy and later two ladies lean on their window sills and look out their windows.
The clip’s final scene shows two teen boys wrestling aggressively with each other on a rooftop. One boy manages to punch the other in the face; this causes the boy who was punched to move away, as if in pain.
