Here's a 1970s clip of Manhattan Beach, a beach community in Los Angeles. Manhattan Beach is located in the southwestern part of Los Angeles County, bordered by El Segundo and Hermosa Beach. 

Clip begins with a wide shot of Sand Dune Park. Kids are at a playground, riding the swings and crawling on the jungle gym. Kids spin on a Merry-Go-Round, a rotating, metal platform. 

Long shot of a street with minimal traffic. A couple drive a moped into the distance. Extreme low-angle shot of the same street; a man wearing swim shorts walks screen left, perhaps going to the beach, and cars drive past the camera.
