Here’s a super 8 home movie clip from 1968 showing a young white couple traveling through Arkansas' Ozark Mountains. In much of the clip, we see the driver and his wife seated in the front seat of their Pontiac station wagon as they travel through a hilly and mostly empty section of Arkansas.

The clip includes: Pans of evergreen Ozark vistas, with trees and mountains stretching to the horizon; shots of the couple’s car parked beside a single-story peach-colored house, which perhaps is a motel, or a relative's or friend's home; a POV driving shot across a bridge that straddles Arkansas' Little Buffalo River; a static wide shot of a deserted road turning around a bend; and the driver’s wife walking down a dirt path to get a better glimpse of the Ozarks.
