Here's a 1960s blackface performance that supposedly took place at a TV studio in Green Bay, Wisconsin. 

Notice the Confederate flag over the shoulder of one of the performers at burned-in timecode 00:07:26:08. There's also a Confederate flag hanging from the ceiling and a blackface cartoon with a white top hat on the side of the stage at BITC 00:09:12:02.
