Old man stands up at podium in room like a court house. He calls upon a doctor. The doctor stands from the audience and everyone begins to clap. Doctor moves to side podium on other side of room, camera follows. He begins addressing the “president” Cut to close up of him at podium, talking about how unexplained fevers and sickness may be due to polio. He begins to describe it as camera pans up and left to projector on wall. Screen is black. A graph slides into frame with graphs from the US, Sweden, England and Wales. A pointer points out parts o graph and dates as doctor talks. Graph slides away to be continued to be replaced by new one.
