Clip contains footage of a scary anti-world hunger propaganda in which we are warned that if we do not feed the world, the world will become cannibalistic and the bomb will have to be dropped on them. Clip begins with a MS of a seated General in a courtroom being questioned by an off camera committee judge, the shot zooms into a MCU of the general. Cuts to a MS of a seated news reporter who is wearing a bow tie and glasses. The table on his phone rings and after he answer it the shot zooms into a MCU, shot eventually zooms out to the original MS and then back in to a CU on a book that the reporter has picked up.
