Clip contains footage of a scary anti-world hunger propaganda in which we are warned that if we do not feed the world, the world will become cannibalistic and the bomb will have to be dropped on them. Clip begins with a MS of a seated news reporter who announces a committee meeting that is underway. Cuts to a MS of a bald General seated in a courtroom. The shot eventually zooms into a MCU and at once point cuts away to a MCU of a photographer. As the conversation grows more intense the zoom furthers into a CU of the Generals face from it he cuts to a CU of his military cap.
