Footage begins with a tightly framed MS of a silhouetted single dancer performing the Humpty Dance. Far in the background is a large building flat and monotone in through the mist. The shot shifts to the right slightly as a female passer by walks into the frame. The music stops and the dancer does too, asking “is that it?” Cuts to a very different setting, with a LS looking down a disused urban/industrial train track. Off camera voices can be heard as the tell some to run down track. A young black man sprints down the track as he is shouted instructions. Cuts to zoomed MS of the man in the distance as he is told to come back.
