Here's a Apple Macintosh commercial that was released in 1984 for Super Bowl XVIII. Ridley Scott directed. 

Medium shot of emotionless, bald men dressed in gray marching through a tube. They enter in to a room that seems to be cinema and on the screen there is a close up image of a man talking, A woman comes running in and throws a hammer at the screen and destroys it. One flash of a very bright light shines and a dust covers all the men seated in front of the screen. 

Appearing from the bottom of the screen with a man’s voice over is the following: "On January 24th, Apple Computer will introduce Macintosh. And you’ll see why 1984 won’t be like 1984."
