Here's early 1990s raw footage of a car accident at the intersection of Hyde and McAllister Streets in San Francisco, which is near UC Law, or what was previously called UC Hastings School of Law. 

A white sedan has its engine smashed in. Sand is on the street, perhaps to stop the spread of hazardous chemicals. Flares are lit, alerting oncoming traffic of the dangers ahead. A San Francisco Police officer is directing traffic in the middle of the intersection. An ambulance is parked about 25 feet behind the sedan; the backdoor of the ambulance is open, and its emergency light is blinking. 

Firemen stand next to their red vehicle, perhaps talking about the accident. Traffic slowly but steadily moves through the intersection, driving clear of the damaged sedan.
