Here's early 1990s raw footage of a car accident at the intersection of Hyde and MacCallister Streets in San Francisco, which is near UC Law, or what was previously called UC Hastings School of Law. 

A white sedan has its engine smashed in. Sand is on the street, perhaps to stop the spread of hazardous chemicals. Flares are lit, alerting oncoming traffic of the dangers ahead. A San Francisco Police officer is directing traffic in the middle of the intersection.
