A crazy man is driving and starts laughing hysterically. There is high contrast lighting. Some cars are driving down the road and one car is driving crazy and swerving. A man steps out of a parked car and is almost run over by the crazy driver. The car seems to be stolen or in a car chase since it is not stopping and narrowly avoiding accidents. One car smokes and stops in the road. Another car flips over the side of an embankment. Another car drives onto train tracks and is hit by an oncoming train.
