Here's clip 2 of 2 of a low-budget '70s film about a horny, troubled, and not-very-bright guy in a gorilla suit who kidnaps a man and abuses him on a rooftop until the victim’s boyfriend arrives. It's a modern update of Homer.

Here's an extended description: 

A white man (call him “Hero”) wearing tan shorts, a tan sports jacket, a tan hat, and black shoes runs up and across the A-shaped rooftop of a large building. He then runs down the other side of the A-shaped rooftop where he finds his boyfriend being humped by a person in a black gorilla suit or costume.

Hero and gorilla wrestle with each other, rolling back and forth across the rooftop in their struggle.

The gorilla eventually manages to strip Hero of his clothing. We see Hero’s bare buttocks and, once he rolls onto his back, we see Hero’s penis. Hero tries to defend himself by stabbing two fingers into the gorilla’s eyes as the gorilla straddles him. But the gorilla blocks Hero’s fingers — twice.

Hero and gorilla stand to fight each other. After gorilla punches Hero in the face, Hero rips the penis off the gorilla. Hero then stomps on the penis, which appears to be bleeding, stomping on it as if the penis might escape and run away. The gorilla scurries away in the meantime, running up and over the A-shaped rooftop.

Both the Hero and his newly-freed friend embrace, grateful that they are safe, at least for now.

In the final scene, we see the gorilla climbing down a ladder on the rooftop, and then walking away from the camera down an urban street. The words “THE END” appear on the screen.
