An animated film about a detached penis named "Dirk." 

Penis gets washed ashore on an island. He finds a "girl" (sphere shape) on the island. 

A different girl picks the penis up then takes him home and puts him in a box. Girl takes him out of the box and plays with him. Mom finds them and flushes him down the toilet.
