Here's footage of a crime scene in 1990s San Francisco. The location of the crime scene is the corner of Cesar Chavez Street and Mission Street. 

A shooting took place in the parking lot of Kelly-Moore Paints. Bullet shells are seen on the ground. A San Francisco police officer protects the crime scene by blocking it off with yellow tape, which reads "Police Line, Do Not Cross." Other police officers interview witnesses, many of whom appear to be Spanish-speaking immigrants.  A video journalist focuses his camera on the crime scene. A group of people standing outside the parking lot watch the investigation unfold. Car traffic zooms by.
