Clip here shows San Francisco Police officers making an arrest in '90s San Francisco.
Several SFPD cops stand next to a hispanic-looking man who is seated on a curb in an alley between Capp Street and South Van Ness Avenue, just off of 24th Street, in San Francisco's Mission District. The man, who is in handcuffs, was apparently involved in a shooting.
Passersby look down the alley. One cop takes the mug shot of the suspect. The suspect is then escorted to a white, undercover police vehicle and placed into the vehicle's back seat.
On 24th Street, just outside the alley, several SFPD vehicles are parked. Plainclothes police officers speak to each other nearby, perhaps chatting about the arrest that was made and where they plan to get lunch for the day.
