MCU of a blonde transvestite with a tiara on her head.  Next comes a parade of ladies posing for the camera in a beauty pageant.  The women twirl and shimmy about.  One strips, revealing a bedazzled lingerie set, and another vogues with a fan before removing her stole.  People in costume walk by the bandstand carrying cards with numbers and letters written on them.  A final contestant is shown, in a white costume with yards of tulle on the hood of her jacket.  Some people write things down on small pieces of paper, perhaps voting for the winner.  One of the men wears a mask.
