A man rolls dough out with a glass bottle. A woman and a boy put rolled-out dough over the bottoms of large clay pots called ollas, covered with cloths. The woman lays the dough out on the table. A man pulls the fried bunuelos out of pots of hot oil. Bunuelos are cooking in the oil. A woman grabs stacks bunuelos and places them in a bowl then drizzles pink liquid over them and sprinkles sugar on top. She sells the bunuelos to customers at a street stand. People throw bowls down to the ground breaking them following tradition. A band plays outside under twinkling lights as people cheer.
