Here's a '70s clip of two California Highway Patrol officers dealing with a female driver at night who was apparently acting erratically from PCP.

Begins with an interior shot of inside a CHP vehicle as it drives toward the scene of the reported situation.

Two white male CHP officers pull over a white car with a white woman driver, who is seated in her car. Her car is parked before a convenience store that appears to be still open.

The officers approach both sides of her car with their flashlights drawn and on. As they approach, the woman is honking her horn. One officer asks for her license and registration, and asks the woman what she is doing here. The woman looks nervous and turns her head quickly to her left and right. They chat for a little bit. The woman then yells at the officers, telling them to get away and to leave her alone. She honks her horn again and repeatedly.

The officers, realizing they are getting nowhere with the woman, open her door, tell her to step out of the car, and eventually yank her out of the car. She hits the police officers in "self-defense" and in a fit of hysteria. The officers tell her to calm down, over and over, but to no avail.

The officers manage to handcuff the woman, escort her to their squad car, and force her into their car's backseat--though not without a considerable struggle and constant screams from the woman.
