Here's a Campbell's Soup commercial for both Chunky Burger Soup and Chicken Soup that aired in the 1970s. 

The commercial shows a white, all-American, middle class family facing the camera. The husband and wife disagree with each other about which Campbell soup is superior; each tries to convince the viewer that they are correct in their assessment. 

The kids of the parents stand smiling and do not participate in their parents' back and forth. Included are close-ups of Chunky Burger Soup and Chicken Soup as well as close-ups of each parent holding a can of the soup they find best.
