Footage covers an anti-war, anti-draft protest in downtown Oakland in October of 1967.

Begins with shots of law enforcement officers in downtown Oakland in the very early hours of a morning, standing near a growing crowd of protestors. Given the very early hours, some of the shots are fairly dark.

Some protestors carry signs that read "Stop the Draft." Other protestors burn pieces of paper -- papers that are, perhaps, actual or proxy draft notices.
