Old, silent movie about gangsters. Two gangsters walk out of a building. A cop chases them through an empty lot. One gangster climbs a fence and gets away and the cop catches the other. The gangsters talk in a fancy office. One gangster with an eyepatch begs on his knees for the other to help him. He hides in the closet.
