Policeman stands guard watching over cars in parking lot. Sketchy man gets into a 1950’s Buick. Policeman walks over to car and catches the man attempting to hot wire and steal the car or radio. He points his gun at the car thief and gets him to exit the vehicle with his hands up and proceeds to search him with his hands against the car. Ends with the police searching the suspect.
