Black protesters in Selma, Alabama walking up steps to register to vote, only to be pushed down by white policemen. The 50 mile march from Selma to Montgomery. Reverend Andrew Young of SCLC (Southern Christian Leadership Conference) speaks about the march. A group of police officers on horse and on foot try to disperse the march by pushing and beating down the protesters.
