The clip opens with shot from the inside of shop windows peering onto the streets of down town San Francisco. Rooftops and studio apartments are shown from a high vantage point. Inside one of the studio apartments and artist is at work, painting. The narrator explains that many artists convert old apartments into a work and living space. Of the most famous, Montgomery Block has housed many artists and poets.
