Men sitting in a jail cell. As police run past they crowd around the jail bars. They bang their tin cans on the jail bars. An officer performs CPR to an inmate. A doctor runs to the scene as the officer explains that the inmate hung himself. The doctor places an oxygen mask on the inmate. The scene cuts to a woman's prison where a woman is held for attempted suicide. The scene cuts to a mentally unstable African American man banging his head on the wall. The Scene ends with a white man looking very depressed.
