Various police officers communicate with each other via radio as they report on a suspicious looking man in a suit pacing the front of a store. The officers receive order to "move in", and the officers step out of their respective cars and start to approach the suspicious man, but immediately stops when they see that the man was waiting for his wife to finish shopping.
