Lessons in safety from a military training film. Two janitors/ soldiers clean up the bathroom at the end of the day. They chat while one mops while the other cleans the sinks. CU as the cleaning brush knocks an unattended razor blade off of the shelf. As he cleans the sink with a rag, he accidentally cuts himself. CU of his hand with a bleeding gash in it. CU of the blade, rag, and blood in the sink. Two soldiers swap beds in the barracks. One carries a stack of clothes over. One lifts his chest/ box but strains his back (CU of his face in pain). The other knows to lift properly, squatting down low and using his legs. Another man gets out a notebook and a photo of his girlfriend from his chest and sits down on it. CU of the unlocked latch on the chest.
