Highway safety firm, division of Napco Industries, Inc, introduces a new function for cars and buses to prevent them from slipping on a snow road by releasing sand onto the roadway. The sequence starts with WS of kids riding in sleds and CU of a tire. MS of designers/engineers designing the sand depositing device. MS and CU of mechanics making the sander and putting it to cars and trucks. Finally, CU and MS of a woman, in a 1950s car, using the sanding device to get up a slippery, snowy hill.
