This clip is of a prostitute sting operation for johns that took place on the corner of 18th and Capp street in San Francisco recorded from a window from a building across the street. The fake prostitute talks to the potential john. The plain clothed cop walks over from across the street and presents his badge to the john. The cop begins to turn the john around to handcuff him but the john struggles. The cop grabs the john and throws him down. The building momentarily obstructs view of the action. The cop and john come back into view. The cop punches the struggling john in the stomach and in the head to try and force compliance. A cop car pulls up and two uniformed officers step out to assist the plain clothed cop. Onlookers gather to watch the cops put the now handcuffed man in the back of the cop car.
