A healing ceremony. The healer stands up, holds a sword in one hand and bottle of water (?) in the other. He approaches a standing man. The healer circles the man, sprays water from his mouth and swings the sword around the man. The healer goes back to sit and asks the man if he feels better. The man answers he’s much better now. The healing process was successful.
