Begins with a can of Carnation evaporated milk against a white background. Cuts to a block of cut cheese, followed by a bowl of cheese sauce that shows Carnation’s “Velvet” property. Next is a bowl of Jell-O or gelatin, followed by a creamy parfait in a tall glass. A bowl of powdered sugar becomes frosting and spices and mustard become salad dressing. A hand pours out some evaporated milk and the VO explains the value of Velvetizing meals. Cheese sauce is poured over asparagus and a meatloaf is cut to show its new texture.
