This is the first part of a clip featuring footage of the Festival of the Golden Dragon. A WS of flags and banners waving in a crowd of people is followed by a shot of a sign that says, “FESTIVAL OF THE GOLDEN DRAGON”. In the following WS, a giant dragon is lit up by fireworks at its bottom. The shot following shows the turn of its head. Next comes a cut to a parade float passing by the camera with a pan to match its movement. Various shots of happy people gathering presents from the float follow, most in MS. Next is a shot of a man hitting a gong with the word “TUPPERWARE” painted on it. People begin to gather strings attached to cylinders as this part of the clip ends.
