Shows a woman from the Canadian Women’s Army Corps wearing a military uniform. She plays a bugle in front of a training center in Quebec that has a flagpole in front of it. Women wearing pajamas are then shown waking up from out of bunk beds. The women are seen cleaning their blankets, combing their hair, and polishing their shoes. A woman then puts on an army hat while looking into a mirror. Inside a classroom, soldiers sit at desks as an instructor writes on a chalkboard. A topographical chart is displayed, and women use typewriters at their desks. Another woman acts as a telephone operator and troops are shown exercising and stretching (doing calisthenics) outside, as well as performing marching drills with a drill sergeant. They are later all seen wearing gas masks and saluting.
